The large, raised south-facing terrace and lawn at Hendall is ideal for wedding and drink receptions. The terrace can also double as a performance stage overlooking the lawn area below. This beautiful outside area offers a stunning, tranquil setting for both wedding receptions and parties, as well as charity events and exhibitions.
The terrace features outdoor wooden tables, chairs and parasols along with benches, olive trees, planters and potted box hedges.
In the evening, the festoon lighting that runs the length of the terrace is switched on, and the main house is floodlit, creating a wonderful backdrop during the evening.
We had the most wonderful wedding at Hendall in October. From the very beginning, Viki, Nicola and Peter were so helpful, and we fell in love with the venue at first sight.
On the day, everything ran so smoothly with their help, and we had the most wonderful day. What a beautiful venue and grounds to celebrate in, thank you so, so much to all of you.
And the new Cart Barn is just gorgeous!
