Hendall Manor Barns is licensed and approved by East Sussex County Council as a venue for civil ceremonies. We are very close to the West Sussex border so we offer a great alternative for our clients wanting civil ceremonies in Sussex.
We are conveniently situated in the East Sussex countryside, away from it all, yet with really easy access, just off the A26, between Uckfield and Crowborough, just 15 minutes away from Haywards Heath & also close to East Grinstead and Crawley in West Sussex.
Civil and Celebrant led ceremonies can take place anywhere within our glorious and part 17th century sandstone barn. Couples can arrange the seating in whatever layout they desire, either for an intimate gathering or for a much larger number of guests.
