A fabulous Friday wedding at Hendall – Friday is the new Saturday! Congratulations to our happy couple. There was only a light sprinkling of rain but it certainly didn’t stop everyone celebrating. Hendall had been decorated by one of the teams at Southern Events with lanterns and fairy lights and looked stunning http://www.southernevents.co.uk/.
The bride was dressed in a beautiful, handmade wedding dress of cappucino duchess satin. Helping to get her ready were 6 bridesmaids and a flowergirl. The bride walked up the aisle wither her father to music from harpist Sally Whittaker http://www.harpmusic4specialoccasions.co.uk/ who continued to play during the reception. The simple but lovely flowers and bouquets were from Jodie at Flowerjam http://www.theflowerjam.com/. The table arrangements were centred on freshly cut tree trunks – it is always helpful having a friend who is a tree surgeon who is a dab hand at carving hearts too!
After lots of prosecco, Pimms and canapes, the guests sat down a the wedding breakfast – all provided by Martin at MDFood4Thought http://www.mdfood4thought.co.uk/. They danced the evening away to a DJ from Wedding Masters, followed by a great send off under sparklers.
