This month, we are talking all things cake and want to shout about one of our recommended Sussex cake makers, the lovely, Claudia from Purple Flour. Claudia started her business back in 2010 and has been going from strength to strength producing all kinds of beautiful cakes for weddings and many different types of celebrations too.
Finding the Right Wedding Cake is no simple task
At Hendall Manor Barns we see many wedding cakes, varying in all different sizes, tiers and designs. Choosing the right design to fit in with your own unique style isn’t easy but Claudia is so friendly and experienced, you’ll be in very safe hands.
Claudia will work with you to plan, discuss and design a cake that is personal for you; on the day of your event she will deliver your cake and set it up as and where required. She always arrives in her chef’s jacket, looking every part the professional.
As part of the booking journey, you will be invited to her cosy cake studio at her home in Bidborough, (near Royal Tunbridge Wells) Kent. She will have cakes for you to try and will sketch your designs and discuss flavours, finishing touches and all other necessary booking information.
