An ideal conference and corporate meeting venue in East Sussex, Hendall provides complete privacy and easy accessibility for company conferences, meetings, private lunches, staff events and client entertaining.

This spacious venue is perfect for bringing together staff who have become used to having to work alone and at home; it offers conference facilities for large and small groups, and beautiful and discreet indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing and winding down with colleagues.

With the use of both our furnished Conference Room, in our Old Dairy or the Stone Barn,  there is tremendous scope for smaller or larger events – be they formal or informal in style.

We are happy to quote for anything from a short meeting to a three – day conference.  We can also help with finding transport to and from suitable hotels or other local accommodation.

Our Conference Room can seat up to 50.  However, if using our conference tables, the space accomodates about 30 people more comfortably.  The room, which has north-facing skylights along its length, can be arranged with a central ‘board room’ table or individual tables can be used to create a variety of arrangements.

All corporate clients can use both the Conference Room and the Stone Barn for ‘breakout space’ or to hold an informal buffet-style lunch or a fully catered and seated formal lunch.

Hendall has hosted various networking events, ranging from early-start small breakfast gatherings to larger meetings, followed by an early evening reception. It is simply a perfect venue for all types of conferences and meetings in East Sussex.

The Stone Barn is ideal for presentations, launches and award ceremonies. The acoustics are superb for guest speakers, although a wire-less microphone is available if required.

This large space can comfortably seat 80 guests for a formal lunch or dinner at the southern end. However, more than 100 can be accommodated with theatre-style seating.

Our approved caterers can provide whatever menu or light refreshments you might require. We do not have a ‘price list’ and will tailor our written quotes to whatever kind of event you have in mind.  We generally include unlimited provision of tea, coffee and biscuits where appropriate.

Hendall is an extremely attractive and discreet venue and we offer a corresponding level of individual care and attention in the service and facilities we provide for our corporate clients.

Based in the part of East Sussex that can be quickly reached from Kent, West Sussex, Surrey and South London , Hendall is just off the A26, which runs south from Royal Tunbridge Wells and through Crowborough.
