On behalf of Parkinson’s UK, Hendall hosted a fantastic ‘Bridge Tournament’ with lunch provided on 15th January. This event was a total success and £2798 was raised from the sale of tickets to the 80 players, the superb and generous raffle prizes and from the sale of flower arrangements donated by eight local florists. Hendall provides an ideal venue for all sorts of fundraising events and activities. If you or someone you know is looking to support a worthy cause do come and see us. The dry hire of our lovely buildings can usually be provided for nominal or discounted rates for charitable and community based endeavours.
