Emergency First Aid at Work at Hendall Manor Barns
We are hosting an Emergency First Aid at Work course here at Hendall Manor Barns on Tuesday 15th October 2019.
The course is for companies that require someone with emergency first aid training or if they need to renew their qualification (First Aid certificates last for three years from their date of issue).
The course will run from 10.00am – 4.30pm with a lunch break between the morning and afternoon sessions.
Learners will develop the skills and confidence to help someone who is:
- Unresponsive and not breathing, including how to use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Unresponsive and breathing
- Having a seizure
- Choking
- Bleeding heavily
- Suffering from shock
- Burnt
The course also includes information on:
- Assessing a casualty
- Monitoring a casualty
- Where to get help
- Accident recording and reporting
This course will be run by an external, accredited First Aid company.
How to book
The cost per person will be £75 (VAT not applicable) and will include E-Certificate (upon successful completion of the course), lunch, tea/coffee refreshments and secure free parking, set in our lovely, rural venue.
